TAMPERED DELIVERY POLICY
Ethnic Boutique uses third party logistics for processing all the orders. In unforeseen circumstances wherein logistics partner refuses to accept customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, Ethnic Boutique shall not be held liable for any loss until below mentioned guidelines are followed by customers.
If Ethnic Boutique parcel is received in a tampered condition, the customer shall refuse to accept the parcel from the logistics partner.
In case the customer denies receiving the parcel, while the logistics partner shows the parcel to be delivered, the customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery message. Ethnic Boutique will share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the logistics partner.
Even after sharing POD, if a customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, Ethnic Boutique can ONLY assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned logistics partner. Ethnic Boutique would re-fulfil the order ONLY when the logistics partner confirms that the parcel is lost and not delivered to the customer.
Disclaimer for Color and Description
- Quality is of upmost importance at Ethnic Boutique and we put special efforts to publish the best quality pictures with true to life colors for our customers. But digital photography has its limitations. Though we strive to achieve accuracy, a lot of factors affect the way colors look different from real life compared to its digital version. Things like weather and lighting conditions and even the monitor settings of the viewer can cause a color variation.
- The colors of the garment with shades of blue and green looks differently than the actual tone. The same can be said about many iridescent colors like Orange, Bright Pink and Purple.
- Deep colors like Black, Dark Navy Blue and Dark Brown may look similar.
- Also, Pale colors like off white, white, grey & cream look different in pictures depending on the lighting conditions in the studio at the time of shoot.
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only through WhatsApp on: +91 9836121666.
To cancel the order, You can write on WhatsApp us on: +91 9836121666 (From 11 AM to 6 PM, Mon to Sat) within 24 hours of placing the order. We are closed on Sunday & Bank holidays.
If the product is already shipped from our end, we cannot accept cancellation for it otherwise we will process your refund within 7 working days.
RETURN POLICYOnly Exchange is available only incase of defective product.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on support@ethnicboutique.in Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a screenshot of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on support@ethnicboutique.in
After confirming the defect we will process a exchange for you at free of cost
